What are Human Resources?

Human Resources Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for human resources vary according to the different levels of courses. An HR course can be pursued at the postgraduate, bachelor, diploma, doctorate and certificate levels.
- BBA in Human Resources: Students must have passed Class 12 or corresponding CGPA from an acknowledgment board and must have obtained at least 50% 0f aggregate.
- MBA in Human Resources: Candidate should have been cleared Bachelor’s Degree in any stream. Some institutes grant admission on the basis of the scores obtained in management entrance tests.
- Diploma: Candidate must have been cleared class 12 th or corresponding examination from a recognised central or state board and must have secured a minimum percentage which is 50% of aggregate and 40% to 45% for reserved category candidates).
